16 APR 2018 – 11 MAY 2018
SIPEE ELECTION PERIOD
The Free Share Allocation offer period opens for all Sasol Limited BEE Ordinary (SOLBE1), Sasol Inzalo Public (RF) Limited (SIPBEE) and Sasol Inzalo Groups (RF) Limited (SIG) shareholders on 16 April 2018 and closes on 11 May 2018.
On 16 April 2018, all SOLBE1 shareholders who did not redesignate to SOL shares on 5 April 2018 and all SIPBEE and SIG shareholders will receive personalised Free Share Allocation Letter that will provide you with more information about the free share allocation offer as well as your automatic participation in Sasol Khanyisa.

Sasol Khanyisa effective date. Additional SOLBE1 shares and Khanyisa shares issued.

SIPBEE delisted from the JSE empowerment segment.
