Should SSA declare a dividend to Sasol Khanyisa Fundco, only 2,5% (trickle dividend) of the amount Sasol Khanyisa Fundco receives may be declared to Sasol Khanyisa Public shareholders.  The remaining 97.5% of the dividend, after costs, is used to settle interest and pay down the vendor funding provided by Sasol.
